Lekiu team members went to the Lazaridis Institute Scale-Up Event where noted author and entrepreneur, Alistair Croll, gave a rousing speech about Innovation and Discontinuity.
We also met with co-founders of tech-startups supported by the Institute. Lazaridis Institute is part of Wilfrid Laurier University’s business program to help Canadian tech. companies grow and raise money.
Lekiu is proud to attend the event where Alistair gave a very intriguing and useful presentation about creating products that disrupt the market. His teachings could definitely be used in the grocery and food sectors. Vat-grown meat, agricultural industries, Artificial Intelligence, supply and demand, and discontinuity were all mentioned and talked about in the presentation.”
